Here we have another fantastic product from Proops Brothers Ltd.
Glass alcohol lamp burner with wick (please note, this lamp does not have a wick winder - the box the burner is packaged in shows a slightly different photograph on the outside, the alcohol lamp you will receive is the one pictured here).
Height of lamp: approx 4 1/2"
Wick dimensions: approx 4.5" in length and 1/2" in diameter.
Faceted sides meaning you can use the lamp at 3 different angles, 90 degrees, 60 degrees or 30 degrees.
The glass container can hold approximately 4 ounces of denatured alcohol.
The safety cap can be used for dual purposes, to snuff out the flame and to prevent the evaporation of alcohol fuel.
The lamp is to be used where a low temperature flame is required. Useful for watchmakers, pharmaceuticals, laboratories, goldsmiths and for heating carving tools for wax working etc.
