Smarten up garden borders by making-your-own concrete edging with these easy to use moulds. We have rope effect edging and Victoria tile style edging moulds. The moulds are made from Low Density Polyethylene which is strong enough to keeps its shape but flexible enough to make getting the set concrete out of the mould easily.
You can mix your sand and cement together yourself or just buy a ready mixed bag from your local DIY shop. Add the recommended amount of water, fill the mould, tap the mould gently and repeatedly on the ground to make air bubbles rise to the surface and leave to set for 48 hours.
The garden edging piece can then be positioned along path or borders by digging a channel for them to fit in. Pack with soil/cement both sides to secure into place. If you want them in a straight line, use a plumb line for accuracy.
