This plastic side scraper / icing spreader is perfect for smoothing buttercream and ganache on the side of cakes. The extra tall spreader works especially well for tall celebration cakes, allowing you to cover the full height of the cake and providing a seamless finish.
The spreader can by used with buttercream, ganache, frosting and royal icing to give a smooth finish.
Made from durable plastic which is practical and easy to clean, it is lightweight and wide enough to hold comfortably. It has a little flexibility but is rigid enough to be effective in producing a smooth finish on your icing.
The scraper / spreader is approx 277mm long by 77mm wide.
The 'holding' edge of the scraper is rounded on the corners. The spreading edge is perfectly straight and the scraper is slightly narrower on the spreading edge.
