Set of 3 wooden ring clamps.
These jewellers clamps are used for holding and securing rings or other small items in various positions whilst being worked on.
The set includes three different designs :
- Ring clamp with wedge.
  - To use, remove the wedge, this frees the pivoting action, position ring between felt ends and gently tap the wedge into place on the opposite end until the ring is held securely.
  - Remove the wedge to release.
  - Felt lined jaws to reduce marking.
  - Approximate length 150mm
- Ring clamp with collet.
  - To use, the ring is placed around the end of the clamp and the wing nut at the base end. As the wing nut is turned the sections of the clamp expand to hold the ring securely in place.
  - The rings is released by turning the wing nut in the opposite direction.
  - Approximate length 140mm
- Ring clamp with wing nut.
  - To use, wing nut tightens and releases the hold.
  - Felt lined jaws to reduce marking.
  - Approximate length : 150mm
