  • Jewellers solid steel ring mandrel.  
  • Ring mandrels are used to form new rings, re-size an existing ring or correct the shape of a misshapen ring.
  • This steel mandrel has a groove and a smooth polished work surface which is size marked from 1-15.
  • Grooved mandrels are specifically designed for working with stone set rings.  The groove reduces the impact on the stone setting when hammering on the mandrel.  
  • This grooved mandrel has the benefit of being size marked as well for measuring and sizing rings. 
  • Dimensions:
    • Overall Length : 295mm
    • Weight : 712 grams
  • The ring mandrel should be kept clean and polished to avoid transferring any marks from the mandrel onto the surface of your metal.
